By accessing or using ZenCrumbs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

ZenCrumbs provides users with tools to generate PDFs by connecting to their Notion databases. Our platform includes rich editor features and PDF customization options. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

To access some features of ZenCrumbs, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.

ZenCrumbs offers different pricing tiers with specific features (refer to pricing section). By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan you select. Fees are subject to change, and you will be notified before any changes take effect.

At this time, we do not offer refunds for purchases. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that if you choose to cancel, you will continue to have access to our services (and will be billed) until the end of your current subscription period.

ZenCrumbs requires access to your Notion account to retrieve data for generating PDFs. We do not store any sensitive data longer than necessary and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We store users' various data that they supply. For example, with Notion, we will obtain their email connected with Notion and name. We do not store their Notion data in our database, only the names of the databases and unique properties for each database when they save a template connected to a particular Notion database. Additionally, any images and text uploaded and entered and saved as a ZenCrumbs template will be stored in our database.

You agree not to use ZenCrumbs for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

- Violating any laws or regulations

- Engaging in fraudulent activities

- Uploading or sharing harmful or malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these terms.

All content, branding, and designs related to ZenCrumbs are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without our written permission.

ZenCrumbs provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you via email or by posting an update on our website.
